Our project, prepared for adaptive reuse, of the Mansion, which is one of the most important civil architectural structures of Ordu city with its 150-year history, has been transformed into a structure that will serve by diversifying each floor of the mansion with interrelated concepts and functions. Building already has a specific and unique style and we combined them with ODA. style and Konak has been transformed into a sophisticated city club that incorporates functions such as dining, coffee, chocolate, comfortable lounge, office and meeting rooms.
