The building, which could not meet the current needs and the needs of our age, was reconsidered with great care, starting from the most fundamental point. The project started with landscaping area that has extremely problematic history of the landslide was rehabilitated with terracing and load bearing wall applications, both function, security and aesthetics were gained after that application. The roof of the building was opened and redesigned to take the sky, sun and nature inside. A contemporary, modest and at the same time harmonious facade with the countryside was applied to the exterior. It has been re-planned, combining modernism with comfort and luxury in the interior, and its details have been meticulously designed. A home that will bring peace to people while escaping from the crowd, stress and health problems has been created with “not too little, not too much, just right” amount of design elements.
