After checking the compliance of your product(s) with the exchange conditions, the status of the exchange process will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible. If the product you want is available in our stock, it will be sent to you by cargo within 1-3 working days. There is no exchange or refund of used, gelatinous/opened and damaged products.

In order for your product(s) to be returned, it must comply with the return conditions.

All of our prints are made on Hahnemühle paper with pigmented ink and giclée printing method, using Canon brand advanced technology Fine Art printing machines, where you can easily distinguish the visible and tangible quality. This results in a long-lasting and fade-resistant work of art.

Since all prepress work is carried out in accordance with color management rules in principle, artistic printing is also shaped as a natural extension of this system. In this way, each print is a true reproduction of the original work of art within the color universe of the selected substrate.
